Before the day
Book your return at the same time as your outbound trip — it’s easier to plan pickup points and times in advance.
Tell us the venue and any entrance you prefer. Event road closures can change where cars may stop; we’ll confirm the practical pickup point with you.
On the day
Keep your phone on near your return time. Large events finish all at once, so allow a little flexibility.
Waiting time is counted from the agreed pickup time (not the flight landing time).
Standard pickups: the first 10 minutes are complimentary, then $20 for every 15 minutes.
Groups
For larger groups, a Premium Van, Sprinter, minibus or coach may suit better. Request a group quote and our team will plan it with you.
Changes
To change or cancel a booking, contact Executive Limousines as soon as possible and quote your job reference. If a change affects the price, we’ll tell you the new price before it’s agreed.
