Minibus transport

Minibuses for your shared itinerary.

Bring a smaller group together for venue transfers, staff movements, excursions or private touring. Our 12-seat and 17-seat minibus options give you a starting point; we confirm the supplied vehicle against your passengers and luggage.

Vehicle options

Two minibus options. Your requirements first.

These are our listed seat variants. Usable passenger capacity, including whether the driver is counted, and luggage space are confirmed for the supplied vehicle. Tell us about everyone and everything travelling before choosing.

12-seat variant

Minibus 12 seats

Discuss for smaller excursion groups, staff pickups or local touring where baggage and boarding needs guide the fit.

Passengers & luggage
Supplied seating configuration and bag storage assessed against your itinerary.
Air conditioning & charging
Tell us what you need; equipment and charging access are confirmed per vehicle.
Toilet & accessibility
No toilet or accessible boarding equipment is assumed. Request either requirement for a vehicle-specific assessment.

Date, allocation and suitability confirmed with Executive.

17-seat variant

Minibus 17 seats

Discuss for smaller excursion groups, staff pickups or local touring where baggage and boarding needs guide the fit.

Passengers & luggage
Supplied seating configuration and bag storage assessed against your itinerary.
Air conditioning & charging
Tell us what you need; equipment and charging access are confirmed per vehicle.
Toilet & accessibility
No toilet or accessible boarding equipment is assumed. Request either requirement for a vehicle-specific assessment.

Date, allocation and suitability confirmed with Executive.

Safety & professional standards

The right questions before the journey.

A responsible plan makes requirements explicit. Vehicle and driver details must be discussed for the transport supplied, rather than assumed from a general fleet description.

Driver suitability

Discuss the driver qualifications appropriate to your movement. For school travel, share any school-specific checks and supervision requirements so these can be addressed for the supplied transport before final arrangements.

Seatbelts & boarding

The actual seating and seatbelt layout matters—not just the listed seats. Tell us your belt and boarding requirements, passenger ages where relevant and any mobility needs so vehicle-specific suitability can be confirmed.

Maintenance & documentation

Raise any maintenance or vehicle-condition documentation your organisation requires. Executive discusses the relevant information and available documentation for the supplied vehicle; required school documents should be identified and confirmed before the plan is finalised.

Our story

Questions, thoughtfully answered

Choosing a minibus

Send the full itinerary and any requirements that matter to your group. We’ll discuss the options and put the agreed details in writing.

Contact Executive Limousines
Should we choose a 12-seat or 17-seat minibus?

Start with everyone travelling, including supervising adults, then add the luggage and equipment details. The two catalogue options are not interchangeable guarantees of usable passenger capacity. Executive confirms the supplied configuration and may discuss a bus or more than one vehicle if your group and baggage need more room.

Can we arrange several pickup points?

Send each address, the number boarding there and your required arrival time. Executive discusses the pickup order, loading time and whether one route or separate vehicles makes more sense. The agreed stops and timings belong in your written quote.

How much luggage or equipment can we bring?

Tell us the number and approximate size of bags, plus prams, sports equipment or other bulky items. A seat count does not establish luggage space. We assess the supplied vehicle’s storage and passenger configuration before confirming suitability; a larger vehicle or additional movement may need to be quoted.

Can you arrange a return or split departures?

Include the return pickup address, preferred departure times and passenger numbers for each group. Returns and split departures are separate movements to agree in the itinerary, with any vehicle waiting or later collection set out in the quote.

What if a passenger has accessibility requirements?

Describe boarding assistance, steps that cannot be used, mobility aids and whether a passenger needs to remain in a wheelchair. Executive will assess the specific supplied vehicle, boarding arrangement and equipment before confirming an option. Accessible equipment is not assumed across the range.

What happens if our itinerary changes?

Contact Executive with the revised addresses, times or passenger numbers as soon as you can. We review vehicle suitability and scheduling, then explain any revised price or arrangement before it is agreed. Your written itinerary should reflect the accepted changes.

What will our written quote include?

The quote should identify the agreed vehicle option or mix, passenger and luggage requirements, pickup and return movements, timings and price. Ask us to specify waiting, additional stops, parking or any other relevant item, including what is included and what may be charged separately. Only the agreed quote determines your group price.
